Oracle CPQ Developer - BigMachines Solutions (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead the functional specification, technical design, implementation, and support of CPQ processes and Big Machines solutions.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Big Machines Configuration, Commerce Document Engine, and Big Machines Language (BML).

- Design, configure, and develop custom code/objects using the Big Machine developer toolkit.

- Develop customizations within the CPQ (Big Machines) ecosystem.

- Develop web services API integrations with other systems, including CRM systems (e., Salesforce, Oracle Siebel).

- Utilize and apply strong technical skills in HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, and SOAP-based web services.

- Elicit and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct thorough testing of CPQ solutions to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for CPQ solutions, including design documents, user manuals, and training materials.

- Work collaboratively with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver successful CPQ projects.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Big Machines and integrated systems.

- Manage product proprietary and confidential product pricing and configuration information with utmost care and security.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Oracle CPQ and Big Machines technology.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4+ years of IT Services experience, including 2-3 years specifically in Oracle Big Machines (CPQ) development.

- Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Big Machines CPQ solutions.

- Strong understanding of core CPQ architecture and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with BML, Commerce Document Engine, and Big Machines Configuration.

- Proficiency in HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, and SOAP-based web services.

- Experience with web services API integrations with CRM systems (e., Salesforce, Oracle Siebel).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- Oracle CPQ Certification.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of other Oracle products and technologies.
