APPIT Software - Frontend Developer - HTML5/CSS3/Javascript (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like Bootstrap and jQuery.

- Leverage Pelican, a static site generator, to create dynamic and content-driven websites.

- Implement Jinja2 templating for efficient website development and content management.

- Optimize static resources (images, SVGs) for performance and quality, ensuring fast loading times.

- Integrate best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) into website development.

- Ensure websites adhere to accessibility standards (e.g, ARIA tags, alt tags) and are usable by everyone.

- Contribute to the internationalization (i18n) of websites to support multiple regions and languages.

- Utilize version control systems like Git for code management and collaboration.

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker is a plus.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript (jQuery preferred).

- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.

- Experience using Pelican static site generator and Jinja2 templating.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices and accessibility standards.

- Experience with image optimization techniques.

- Proficiency in Git version control
