Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Test Salesforce Applications : Perform thorough testing of Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet functional, performance, and security standards.

- Analyze Requirements : Review business and technical requirements to create effective test plans and test cases.

- Create Test Cases : Develop and document comprehensive test cases based on requirements, user stories, and system specifications.

- Execute Tests : Run functional, integration, regression, and system tests to verify Salesforce solutions.

- Report Bugs : Effectively report bugs and issues found during testing, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.

- Ensure Quality : Ensure the overall quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with the development and business teams to understand requirements and deliver the highest quality Salesforce applications.

Qualifications :

- Salesforce Testing and QA Expertise : Proven experience in testing Salesforce applications, including functional, integration, and regression testing.

- Salesforce Platform Knowledge : Familiarity with Salesforce applications, platforms, and architecture.

- Test Case Creation : Strong experience in analyzing business requirements and creating detailed test cases.

- Bug Reporting : Ability to report bugs effectively and work collaboratively to ensure resolution.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify issues and suggest improvements.

- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

- Salesforce Certifications : Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified App Builder are highly preferred.

- Educational Background : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
