APPIT Software - Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Consultant (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design and configure incentive compensation plans within Oracle Fusion Compensation, including commission structures, bonus programs, and other incentive models.

- Define and manage eligibility rules for various incentive programs, ensuring fair and targeted award distribution.

- Configure performance metrics and weightings to accurately measure and reward employee contributions.

- Perform data mapping and integration between Oracle Fusion Compensation and other relevant HR systems.

- Process and calculate incentive payouts accurately and timely, adhering to established policies and procedures.

- Generate comprehensive incentive compensation reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation plan documentation.

- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand compensation requirements and translate them into effective configurations within Oracle Fusion Compensation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to incentive compensation calculations and reporting.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle Fusion Compensation features and functionalities.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on the Compensation module.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Compensation features and functionalities.

- Strong understanding of incentive compensation design principles and best practices.

- Experience with data mapping, integration, and configuration processes within Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Proven ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR, finance, and business teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and detail
