Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Utilize sales and marketing tools (e. , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to identify and research potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential fit for our solutions.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Sales Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for Account Executives.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including number of calls made, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated.
- Continuously improve lead generation strategies based on performance data.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and target accounts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Accounts to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Work closely with Marketing to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an SDR in a high-growth SaaS company.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong phone and email communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
Preferred Experience: Experience working in the database, SaaS, or Cloud industry
