Appglide - Python Developer - Numpy/Pandas (4-7 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Python Developer to join our team.

You will work closely with our clients, specifically an industry-leading AIOps platform provider, to deploy and support their solutions.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining critical components of their platform, ensuring smooth customer deployments and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Deployment & Integration :

- Work closely with customers to deploy and integrate the AIOps platform into their existing IT infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and integration issues.

- Provide technical guidance and support to customers on platform usage and best practices.

Python Development :

- Develop and maintain Python scripts and tools for automation, data analysis, and integration.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of the AIOps platform.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for platform functionality and performance.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability.

Customer Support :

- Provide technical support to customers on platform usage and troubleshooting.

- Resolve customer issues and address their concerns promptly and effectively.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer success.

- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : 4-7 years of professional experience in Python development.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming language and its core libraries (e.g, NumPy, Pandas, SciPy).

- Experience with DevOps practices, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Experience with YAML for configuration management.

- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.

- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g, Unittest, pytest).
