Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Utilize advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates.

Candidate Screening:

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments and coding tests when necessary.

Interview Process:

• Schedule and facilitate interviews with clients.
• Prepare interviewers with relevant candidate information and interview guides.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
