Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive market information.
- Identify and develop new sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.
Required Skills:
- 1 - 5 years of experience in US Staffing.
- Proficient in using US Staffing job portals.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and methods ( LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with niche recruiting (IT, Healthcare, Finance).
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience with Boolean search.
