Key Responsibilities :

- Develop tailored AI agents using Copilot Studio, integrating Azure OpenAI and other AI services for scalable solutions.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and define automation opportunities.

- Customize workflows and models within Copilot Studio to achieve optimal performance and user experience.

- Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize the developed AI solutions.

- Deploy and monitor AI solutions, ensuring their continuous improvement and performance.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and M365 Copilot Studio.

Qualifications :

- 4-7 years of professional experience in software development or a related field.

- Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.

- Knowledge of machine learning concepts, APIs, and basic coding (Python, PowerShell).

- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.

- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar tools is a plus.

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions.
