1. Monitoring the In-House SAP Support Team for

- Master Data Maintenance
- Open Period and Month End Closing
- Coordinating with Internal Team
- User Data Maintenance
- Cloud Infrastructure
- Other Support as required

2. New Requirements - Fresh Developments, Product Enhancements, 3rd Party Software Integrations

- Coordinating with the SAP Support Agency

- Getting the effort estimate, Internal approvals, monitoring the progress, Testing the output, confirmations, Roll Outs etc.

3. MIS

- Tickets status
- ABAP & Functional Hours - Spent, Balance.

4 Hard Ware and related Support

1. Coordinate with Plant Heads and attend any IT related pending Issues.
2. Coordinate with Procurement Team and purchase new IT Required peripherals / Desktop / Laptop / Printers.
3. Review with IT Team and replace faulty / non repairable Hardware components
4. Prepare and Implement IT Landscape at New Plants.
5. Coordinate with Internet providers & other Repair and Service Vendors

5 Other Software Maintenance

- Monitor Email Server Maintenance (New Id Creation / Blocking / Backups)
- Winoptimize & Orga Data Maintenance - Coordination
- Biometric Machines Integration with SAP & Maintenance
- Weighbridge & Schwing Stetter Software related Queries

- IT security - Data Security, Network Security

- Connectivity - LAN, Internet

- Data Digitisation

- Data Backup's, Storage

- Equipment AMC's
