Deputy Manager Sales - Transformer Oil - Kolkata

Job Description:

To effectively increase the sale of T Oil from Eastern Region. To develop good interpersonal relations with customers, Timely Payment collection/ control, Specification upgradation works/ Pre and Post tendering activities of Transformer Oil tenders from government and private power utilities / SEBs/ Discoms / Railways portals / GEM.

• Promoting our range of Transformer oil products to various OEMs, Projects, dealers, industries.
• Generating enquiries.
• Preparing quotations, negotiating offers, offering after sale services, payment follow up, closing.
• Regularly updating field activities in CRM

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should be having good contacts with Transformer OEMs, Utilities, contractors, Pvt Mega Power plants, Ferro Alloy and other industries. Well versed in handling tendering activities such as tracking the tenders, reading the tender documents critically to understand finer terms and conditions to derive financial and technical implications, Specification planting and tender execution experience (EMD, BG, GRN, Payment, PV, LD etc)

Educational Qualification: Engineering / Diploma (Electrical)

Experience Required:

5 years of experience in handling sales and marketing from Eastern region in the field of transformer

components supply.

Must have skills:

Contacts with Transformer manufacturing industry decision makers in all Eastern states is

preferred. Energetic, go-getter and passion for travelling extensively across the 11 eastern states is a must. Influential, fluent verbal and written communication.

Good to have skills

Pleasing, Smiling personality with good communication & presentation skills.

Stability in career, candidate should be a team player and ability to co-ordinate with various

internal and external stakeholders. working knowledge with computer operations (CRM/ Teams/MS word / Mail / Excel / online portal management).
