Job Description
Sales Manager-Transformer Division for Chandigarh/Mohali/Derabassi Location, Experience 5 Years JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory, focusing on transformer sales to various industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, and build rapport with potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and expertise to clients regarding transformer products, specifications, and applications.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs; develop strategies to address them.
- Travel: Regularly visit clients and prospects within the defined territory to promote products and close sales.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in transformer sales or related technical field.
- Strong technical knowledge of transformers and their applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated areas.
