Officer - Quality Control (Conductor)

Role & responsibilities

1]Timely completion of Testing as per Customer Specification/ MQP/ITP and plan.

2]Reducing rejections by Identification of NC, Analysis on Failures/ NC and actions.

3]Timely monitor the Process and Product parameters & maintaining records as per IMS/product requirements (GTP/ITP/MQP/ TS).

4] Achieving minimum FTR 95% for all conductor types 

5] Conducting process audits and ensure 100% process parameter compliances

6] Maintaining safety culture and ensure zero accidents in the department

7] Actively participating in Kaizens and LSS Projects.

8] Working in 3 shifts.

Skills & Competency

Good interpersonal, ability to understand & interpret technical specs and drawings, efficient, proactive to resolve issues related to the assigned area, Awareness on NABL & IMS system and documentations will be added advantage.
