Asst. Manager- QA & Inspection To LSS & QA

Role & responsibilities

• To Achieve Successful inspections with zero deviation and Timely inspection of Finished Goods as per weekly, monthly & yearly Plan.
• Review of Tech. specification, GTP, Drum Drawing, SMQP, Work Order review & internal Communications with Production Dept. and MKT dept.
• Mastering for knowledge & execute Inspection of future generation HTLS Conductors and new conductor.
• All documents like inspection reports, BIS Documents etc. will be done error free for smooth post inspection activities.
• Inspector handling
• Attending customers after inspection up to departure
• Type test supervision of samples preparation
• Metallurgical test, BIS related work, PGCIL CIP/MICC related work.

Skills Required

• Technical knowledge on conductor product.
• Experienced to handle PGCIL Inspections.
• IMS Awareness
• Analytical Tools
• Interpersonal Relation skills.
• Computer Knowledge.
• Strong Communications skill / Fluent English
