Key Requirements:

✅ 10-12 years of experience in Building Segment Projects (Residential, Education, Healthcare, IT/ITES, Office, Hospitality).
✅ Strong knowledge of customer segments and business methods in this sector.
✅ Experience working with MEP Consultants for approvals, brand preference, and specifications.
✅ Familiarity with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concept.
✅ Expertise in handling large project deals with multiple phases.
✅ Understanding of PMCs, commercial terms, and project execution.
✅ Experience working with Project Distributors/Dealers in MEP projects.
✅ Knowledge of key contractors handling turnkey projects is a plus.
✅ Strong presentation skills and awareness of leading MEP consultants in Mumbai.
✅ Proactive, competitive, and result-driven attitude.
