We are an ISO 9001 & 27001 Certified Company providing Global Sourcing, Engineering, Compliance and Technology solutions to leaders in Automotive and Automation industry in North America & Europe. We are in business for last 24 years with turnover of 60Millon USD and a 500-member offshore development team in Chennai, India

Our Engineering services divisions Vision is to be a preferred Engineering partner for leaders in Automotive, agricultural implements, special purpose machines, Automation Plant Engineering, Embedded, medical equipment etc., offering services for product development including prototyping and low volume manufacturing. Services include Reverse Engineering, Rendering, Concept design, Design, Detailing, FEA, CFD, Optimization, Manufacturing feasibility analysis, Quality control documentation & DFMEA.


We wish to scale up the Engineering business division and we are looking for a Full Time Business Development Leader in USA.


Goal: Achieve the target of $10 M over the next 3 years 2025 to 2028 and build at least one anchor customer with sustainable (repeat business) in each of the verticals generating at least $1M sustainable business.


Location: Midwest, USA


Requirements:


  • Candidate with prior experience in selling outsourced Engineering services is preferred.
  • Prior working experience in Automotive, Automation equipment & Embedded domain is preferred.
  • Strong verbal & communication skills.
  • Experienced in nurturing existing accounts and increase repeat business.

Responsibilities:


  • Ability to build Sales team, work & coordinate with India business development team.
  • Working with global delivery team and co-ordinate across time zones.
  • Establishing new clients and growing existing business relationships.
  • Understands the market and create business plans focused on geography, industry, revenue targets.
  • Generate, pursue leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
  • Make outbound calls to potential prospects.
  • Attends industry trade shows, meetings and events to leverage opportunities for new leads.
  • Helping to create new marketing materials.
  • Proven track record in dealing with clients on Commercials & Pricing.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.


Work authorization: United States (Required).
