Job Description

The Senior BDR would be a key member of the growth team at Incture. This role is expected to generate sales qualified leads (opportunities) for the organization in our chosen region in the NA for defined set of prospect accounts and will need to work in close coordination with the Marketing, Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery and Customer Success teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilize your business and industry acumen to research targeted audience, identify key players, generate interest, create compelling events for set of assigned prospect accounts in NA. These prospect accounts are large enterprise accounts including Fortune Global 2000 companies.
  • Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to SAP sales executives in the region assigned in NA.
  • Liaison with SAP Marketing & Demand Generation Team in NA to execute joint campaigns and events to drive demand.
  • Understanding ICP needs, mapping their needs to Inctures offerings, connecting with key executives to create new opportunities for the prospect accounts
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, SAP, social, references, SAP Store, events and partners through a rigorous lead qualification and scoring criteria
  • Create innovative outreach strategies for lead generation, from the assigned territory, and generate contact (call, email, social, attend events, etc.). Secure and schedule meetings and demos adopting all tools available. Keep in regular contact with target market to engage with prospects, identify opportunities, and schedule sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop marketing tactics against the assigned accounts; and drive attendance/presence at relevant events, webinars and conferences.
  • Lead the development of new business relationships and effectively handover customers to the Sales and Delivery Team, upon successful conclusion of the BDR processes.
  • Enrich prospect database of contacts and detailed lead activity information in ZOHO CRM

Execute personalized email campaigns from Zoho to the prospect accounts.
