- Tech Required Skill : Experience in leading software engineering team over 7+ years
- Experience integrating or building solutions or product on Azure or any cloud
- Experience in containerization, microservices and micro frontend application
- Expertise of DevOps setup and customization for frontend cloud native services Expertise in server-side programming language eg
- Net or Java Knowledge of DBMS Technologies, including MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and caching mechanism eg
- Memcached, Redis etc
- Experience of Gen AI or knowledge of AI/ML Model building and training Expectations: Lead, mentor, and hire a world-class software development team
- Design, implement, and deploy highly distributed, large-scale services
- Lead complex, multi-team, cross-functional projects
- Participate actively in hiring and career development within and outside the team
- Play a critical role in business planning, collaborating with senior executives to develop business targets and resource needs

- Demonstrate creativity and sound judgment consistently
