Skills and experience that will lead to success:

• Must have 7+ years of experience in application development based on AS400 using (RPGILE/DB2/CL400/RLU/SDA/SQL400).
• Having experience in the Insurance domain will be a plus.
• Must be a dynamic, competent and result-oriented professional with experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Must be a strong collaborator, team player, good interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency at grasping integration components with .NET/BI/Navision
• Adept in analyzing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements, custom designing solutions, and troubleshooting for complex information systems.
• Conversant with various Quality Processes
