Job Description:
Job Title: Senior AS400 Developer (SYNON/RPGLE)

We are seeking a skilled Senior AS400 Developer with expertise in SYNON and RPGLE to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain AS400 applications using SYNON and RPGLE.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and other team members to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.

Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing AS400 applications, including resolving issues and implementing enhancements.

Stay updated on AS400 technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 to 12 years of experience as an AS400 Developer, with a focus on SYNON development.

Proficiency in SYNON development, including hands-on experience in analyzing, designing, and developing SYNON applications.

Strong understanding of RPGLE development is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
