Software Engineer

As an automation engineer, you are accountable for:

Creating and maintaining all of application related catalogues on Service Now
Ensuring all the automations which are running delivering our services are monitored, maintained and supported.
Provide key insights on progress of automations on daily basis to PO and CL.
Work on troubleshooting and fixing issues in automations
Collaborate with support engineers both within and outside of squads in terms of understanding the issue and verify if it with automations or core infrastructure.
Develop or enhance new/existing automations based on JIRA stories.
Maintain and Develop dashboards on service now

Must have knowledge, skills and experiences

Must be Service Now CSA certified and should have developer rights in ANZ instance.
Must have good service now catalogue creation and dashboarding skills.
Must have good scripting skills in PowerShell.
Must have good SQL DB query skills.
Overall, 3 to 4 years with 2 years in service now and PowerShell

Good to have knowledge, skills and experiences
Good to have working experience in managing stories on JIRA.
Good in ITIL tasks of incidents, requests, change and problem management.
Nice to have Knowledge on SCCM, Intune, AD, Azure AD and Windows administration ski
