Shift Timing: 24/7 Support, Rotational Shift(Day shift and Night shift), Working days 6days
JD-
- Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the SolarWinds environment.
- Configure and maintain monitoring tools, including setting up alerts, reports, and dashboards.
- Handle routine maintenance and upgrades of SolarWinds modules.
- Provide support for escalated tickets related to monitoring systems.
- Assist in resolving network, server, or application-related performance issues using SolarWinds tools.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of SolarWinds components (e.g., NPM, SAM, NTA, IPAM).
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS, and routing basics).
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers.
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
