Desktop Support Professional L1 

Working hours 24/7 Support, Rotational Shift(day and Night shift), 6days

L1 Desktop Support:

Qualifications:

• Education:
• A Bachelor's degree in any field or stream (including Computer Science, Information Technology), or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Any IT certifications are a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
• Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), macOS, and common business software (Office 365, email clients, etc.).
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Experience with remote desktop support tools and IT helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.\
