As a Senior Operations Manager in the travel industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organizations smooth efficient functioning of various operational aspects. You will be responsible for managing optimizing operations to enhance customer satisfaction, and streamline processes.
Job Profile: Operations Executive
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
- Establish maintain relationships monitor performance Resolve any operational issues or disputes with Vendors in a timely manner.
- Present findings to senior management, highlighting areas of success and recommending strategies for improvement.
- Excellent leadership skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience between 4 - 8 years only in International Operations.
- Bachelor#39;s degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the travel industry.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Location: Mumbai
Salary: Depends on Experience
