Position Overview:

- The Project Manager will take charge of managing the end-to-end delivery of international projects, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

- This role demands excellent attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple cross-functional teams.

- The Project Manager will engage with both internal teams and external clients to ensure that all project goals are met with high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Initiation:

- Business Case Development: Clearly define the project's business needs, objectives, and outcomes, aligned with client requirements.

- Stakeholder Identification: Engage with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of their roles and expectations.

- Scope Definition: Work with stakeholders to establish the scope, deliverables, and boundaries of the project, preventing scope creep.

Project Planning:

- Comprehensive Project Plan Development: Prepare detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

- Budget Management: Ensure strict adherence to project budgets, regularly monitoring expenses and addressing variances promptly.

- Risk and Resource Management: Develop risk mitigation strategies and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.

- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): Create and maintain a WBS for clear task management and efficient project execution.

Project Execution:

- Timeline Management: Lead day-to-day project activities, ensuring on-time delivery of all project phases within the defined scope and budget.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Manage international and cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts across departments and time zones.

- Development Oversight: Supervise software development efforts, system integrations, and data migrations to ensure successful project outcomes.

Project Monitoring:

- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Continuously track project progress using project management tools, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

- Quality Control: Ensure that all project outputs meet established quality benchmarks and align with client expectations.

Project Deployment and Closure:

- Go-live Execution: Lead the deployment phase, ensuring seamless go-live activities, including user training and system support.

- Post-go-live Support: Oversee the critical period after go-live to ensure any issues are quickly addressed and resolved.

- Project Closure: Conduct formal project closure, documenting all key learnings and finalizing all project documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a track record of managing international projects, particularly in adhering to strict timelines and budgets.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or PMIS tools.

- Experience with software development, system integrations, and data migration processes is essential.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional and international teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results on time and within budget.

- Attention to Detail: A keen focus on accuracy and detail, ensuring high standards of project deliverables.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
