General Manager - Liquidity & Risk (8-16 yrs)

We're hiring for the profile of GM-Liquidity& Risk for Delhi

This role is to manage the Liquidity Solutions and Risk solutions for the group.

Education/Qualification: CA/MBA with PQE of 8-16 years in:

1. Working Capital Management - Banking/ Transaction - required

2. Investments - required

3. FX & Derivatives- required

4. Liquidity Management- required

5. Risk Management-required

6. Understanding of bank product development - preferred

NOTE: All industries/sectors of candidates are welcome to apply, with the exception of banking industry. The banking sector's experience will not be considered. So, may avoid applying.

Responsibilities:

- Treasury is responsible for handling Funding, Risk and Market operations across these different geographies, different entities and financial markets. The Treasury is actively engaged in managing the capital structure of the Group, ensuring compliances with Financial Markets regulations and developing innovative solutions to dynamically manage the risk around financial variables and funding needs.

- Solutioning the groups treasury investments and optimizing counterparty risk and yield across group portfolio across products including MF's, Direct investments into Debt Instruments, Structured instruments or using banking products such as Factoring, dynamic discounting etc.

- Portfolio is across groups businesses in multiple geographies, rate environments and currencies.

- Lead group's daily, periodic and episodic treasury /liquidity planning and execution processes.

- Work with debt and risk unit to ensure timely liquidity for all of the groups objective.

- Build up a robust Risk Identification, Quantification and Monitoring process within the Group.

- Compliance with Risk Management policy of the Group and also reviewing the same in line with the changing environment
