Head - Process Engineering (17-25 yrs)

- The Head of Engineering (HOE) leads the engineering department; from hiring and training new team members to managing tech projects and preparing the budget of the team.

- Set goals for the team, hire engineers, and prioritize projects.

- Drive technical excellence and innovation within the organization, staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Collaborate with project management, design, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop and implement engineering best practices, processes, and methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, assisting in problem-solving and decision-making processes.

- Capability building for new project opportunities or service offerings

- Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the engineering department.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements in all engineering activities.

- Stay abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform technology roadmap decisions.

- Evaluate and onboard new technologies, tools, to enhance Execution processes and capabilities.

- Ensuring proposal or estimations are submitted on time with best optimized efforts as per project scope.

- Conduct benchmarking studies to drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and 25+ Yrs in EPCM Environment

- Extensive experience with Green Field and Brown field Project execution

- Proven experience in a leadership role, such as Engineering Manager, Technical

- Lead, or similar, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.

- Hands-on experience in multi discipline engineering environment and managing large team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and requirements.

- Strategic mindset, with the ability to align engineering efforts with business goals and objectives.
