Head of Engineering - AWS Cloud Infrastructure (10-20 yrs)

This is a 5 Days Work From Office at Bellandur, Bangalore.

1. A minimum 10+ years in enterprise software engineering, including 5+ years in an Engineering leadership role

2. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability

3. Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent

4. Define and enforce engineering best practices, standards, and processes.

5. Collaborate with product management and leadership to define and align the engineering roadmap with business goals

6. Translate product requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

7. Architect, design, and oversee the delivery of enterprise-grade solutions in cloud-native environments

8. Ensure the delivery of multiple solution versions using containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

9. Drive the adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance product quality and scalability

10. Oversee the deployment and management of solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.

11. Ensure robust security practices and compliance in all engineering processes.

12. Leverage knowledge of AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI to enhance product capabilities

13. Identify and implement AI-driven features and improvements in line with customer needs.

14. Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements

15. Represent the engineering team in customer and partner engagements

16. Guide the team in delivering solutions with modern UI frameworks such as ReactJS and AngularJS

17. Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience

18. Own Documentation Roadmap and Content Strategy

19. Proven track record of delivering multiple product versions in containerized environments.

20. Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

21. Strong understanding of AI technologies, including AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI

22. Proficiency in front-end development with ReactJS or AngularJS

23. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

24. Knowledge of other cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure)
