Senior Associate - Dispute Resolution - Law Firm (4-7 yrs)

About the Role:

A leading law firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Dispute Resolution Practice in Mumbai & Delhi. The role involves handling complex litigation and arbitration matters across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, banking, and commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will have experience appearing before High Courts, the Supreme Court, NCLT, NCLAT, and arbitral tribunals, along with strong drafting and research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing litigation and arbitration cases independently.

- Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions.

- Representing clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.

- Engaging with clients, senior advocates, and external experts.

- Mentoring junior associates and overseeing legal research.

Who Should Apply?

- 5-8 years of experience in dispute resolution at a reputed law firm.

- Strong expertise in commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory, and white-collar matters.

- Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.

- Prior experience in handling high-value infrastructure, banking, or corporate disputes is preferred.
