Associate Vice President - Enterprise Applications (9-18 yrs)

Position Title : Lead Enterprise Applications Grade/ Band AVP Business Group Corporate Function IT

Location : Mumbai

Reports to CTPO

Purpose :

The role holder will lead the enterprise applications function and work on specific solutions, digitization, underlying and supporting technologies and its implementation with key stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Digital Transformation Strategy :

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop a robust digitization strategy for various functions.

- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and future business requirements.

2. Technology Planning & Implementation :

- Identify and implement suitable Off-the-Shelf Products (OSP) and solutions (e.g., ERP, school management systems, data warehousing, HRIS, ZOHO).

- Adopt a structured project management approach for seamless execution of initiatives.

3. Portfolio & Vendor Management :

- Conduct portfolio management of enterprise applications, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.

- Evaluate third-party services to ensure alignment with organizational needs.

- Manage vendor relationships, oversee deliverables, and negotiate contracts effectively.

4. System Upgrades & Migrations :

- Plan, coordinate, and manage system upgrades and migrations to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

5. Team Leadership & Development :

- Lead and mentor a team of application owners, fostering their growth and aligning their efforts with organizational priorities.

- Encourage a culture of innovation and accountability within the team.

Experience and Qualification :

Essential Desirable :

- B.Tech/ MBA with 10-15 years post qualification experience

- Strong Project Management experience

- Solid knowledge of off the shelf product lifecycle management, best practices, functional design and application delivery methodology
