Animaker is looking for an energetic and ambitious Farming Manager or Manager, Account management or Customer Success Manager who will spearhead your assigned Sales team into forging a strong and fruitful customer relationship that manifolds the business.

This job might be for you if you have:
- 5 to 10 yrs of Proven Software Sales Success in exceeding your monthly and annual Team Sales Quotas.
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives Research & identify key client requirements within the accounts and suggest solutions that answer clients' needs and wants.
- Strong experience in the US/Europe and/or APAC Markets.
- Experience in building, managing, coaching and mentoring a Account management or Customer Success team.
- Experience in developing frameworks and playbooks to retain customers and improved customer success.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing Fortune 500 companies.
- Hard negotiation and convincing skills.
Your typical day might include the following:.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Building credible and long-lasting relationships with existing clients for recurring business.
- Retain and grow revenue on the existing book of business, manage customer life cycle, customer contract renewals, increase footprint within the business, forecast, and reduce churn.
- Meet month and quarterly Up-Sell and Cross-Sell opportunity generation consistent with sales targets.
- Meet customer retention goals with minimum 90% retention rate.
- Increase footprint in the existing customer base to offset any unavoidable churn.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.
- Continuously reviewing the action items/targets of self and the team and course-correcting whenever required.
- Maintaining high team morale.
- Motivating the team to give their best.
