Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region.
- This is a quota-carrying role.
- Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data-driven approach.
- Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential.
- Work cross-functionally with the Animaker sales, CS and product development organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings.
- Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions.
- Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions.
- Guide partners through onboarding and enablement
- Develop mutually beneficial go-to-market plans and commitments with partners
- Build Animaker channel partner strategy and present to the management team on a quarterly basis.
- Manage and present weekly and monthly forecasts on pipeline, new acquisitions, campaigns, partner health, etc to the management team.
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's level degree, preferably in a technology field
- 6-8 years of overall experience with proven relevant experience in Channel/Partner sales.
- Experience in software or technology sales from the specified market (SaaS)
- Fluency in English and ability to interact with international prospects
- A self starter with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Effective negotiating skills with various type of channel partners and previous experience in closing large ISVs, resellers, etc
- Should have build a channel partner strategy and presented to the management team
- Productive in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivation
- The ability to represent the company at external events.
- Previous experience with either personally representing the company in in-person conferences or working with marketing and PMM teams to represent the channel partner strategy for such events.
- Tech start-up experience would be an advantage
- Experience with hiring and training team members is an added advantage
