Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced software sales professional to drive adoption of the STEAM-4-Schools platform across K-8 schools.
- The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a passion for EdTech solutions and a proven ability to sell software products to educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Development:
- Identify K-8 schools, districts, and administrators in need of AI-powered lesson planning tools.
- Develop strategic outreach campaigns to engage prospects.
Product Demonstration:
- Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations showcasing:
- How the AI-driven platform generates state-aligned lesson plans in minutes.
- Collaboration features for teachers to share, customize, and tailor lesson plans.
- Time-saving benefits for educators (e.g, reduced planning hours and minimized burnout).
Sales Execution and Relationship Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing deals.
- Provide consultative sales support to match the S4S solution with the school's unique challenges.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (principals, administrators, curriculum directors).
Market Insights and Collaboration:
- Collect feedback from prospects to help refine messaging and product features.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on strategies for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of software sales, SaaS, or EdTech sales experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
Skills:
- Strong ability to convey the value of AI-driven solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling software to K-12 schools, districts, or educational institutions.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools or AI-powered software platforms.
