Job role

- Responsible for heading the FMTS Team of around 20-30 members consists of 2 Deputy Managers under them around 4 Assistant Managers will have reporters of Sr Engineers, Engineers, Mobile Tech Van Engineers, Promotional Engineers and Scouting, Officers to enhance the Field Marketing initiatives, also responsible for systemising and executing everyday operations while guiding the field marketing employees and evaluating the results of the marketing campaigns.

- Responsible for Identification of new dealers in the unrepresented markets to secure business development opportunities and hand over to Primary Sales team

- Responsible for setting targets by analysing the current and previous sales data of the market to reason

What can be changed or modified to get the team on track to achieve their targets.

- Responsible for developing a comprehensive demand generation plan that covers the organisation's entire sales, revenue, and expense controls in terms of per ton cost.

- Responsible for analysing the employees' knowledge gaps and evaluating their training requirements for them to be aware of the latest and most effective process which help them to achieve their fixed targets effectively in the market.

- Responsible for exploring new geography to identify potential business development opportunities and capitalising the market potential for our sustainable growth.

Responsible for

- Business development with newly identified customers.

- Explain to them the benefits of doing business with ARS in detail.

- Convincing them into becoming business partners of ARS.

- Negotiate with them regarding their expectations towards the organisation and the actual possibilities of business.

- Arriving at a proper closure for the deal with mutual benefit for the customer and the organisation.

- Responsible for maintaining proper Customer Relationship Management database and updating them accordingly.

- Responsible for conducting competitive product analysis and market research to strategize a standard procedure and sales strategy to guarantee effective business in the newly explored regions.

- Responsible for creating strong and sustainable customer relationships through visiting them in person, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc., for future business
