Reports to: Zonal Head

Role Details:

- Locations/Regions handled - Pan India

- Size of business: 250 Cr. to No Cap

- Product Portfolio: Universal Banking Products including Working Capital, Term Loan, Structured Trade, FX, Investment Banking

- No. of employees handled: Nil

- No. of reportees: Nil

Overall Job Description:

- The candidate will be required to write good credits, assist the Zonal Head in operations of the existing portfolio and in acquiring new business.

- Part of which is bringing aggressive growth through SANCTION & DISBURSEMENT of new to bank in the Education & Healthcare segment.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

- Well versed with credit for note preparing and proposing & getting the case sanctioned from risk ( 250 Cr. - No Cap)-

- Must be thorough with disbursement process ( legal / valuation, etc. )

- To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio

- Should have the ability and past experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction

- Should have knowledge of the local market where he / she knows the leading Mid Corporate Clients

- Ability to structure the facilities as per the client and bank's need.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Education:

- Essential requirement: Graduate or Post Graduate

- Preferred: CA/MBA Finance

Wok Experience:

- Essential requirement: Minimum 3 years and above

- Preferred: 3 to 10 years work experience in the Banking

Industry Specific Requirements:

- Needs to have handled a similar role in a peer Bank

- Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Balanced Sales and credit orientation

- Should have customer focus
