Credit Associate Relationship Manager - Bank (2-7 yrs)

Client is a well known Bank & is ranked among its peer group.

The bank provides integrated banking solutions to leading MNCs and conglomerates. Over the last decade, the bank has become a banker to almost all the well-known industrial houses of the country. The bank engages with clients through a variety of banking requirements including working capital, term loans and other structured facilities for its clients.

Role specs :

- Well versed with credit for note preparing and proposing & getting the case sanctioned from risk (900 cr +).

- Ability to structure the facilities as per the client and bank's need

- Should have the ability and past experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction

- Must be thorough with disbursement process (legal / valuation, etc. )

- Work closely with the RM to acquire new NTB clients, deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio.

- Maintain close customer relationship and understanding their needs with a focus on cross-selling bank products.

- Should have knowledge of the local market where he / she knows the leading MNCs & conglomerates.

- Sector agnostic.

NOTE :

- He/She has to work along with the Relationship Manager, interact with the clients, develop credit skills.

- This is a combination of primarily credit role with element of relationship management.

- This is a Credit role on the Business side

- The role is across levels depending on the work experience.

Candidate specs :

- CA / MBA in a similar role with a Bank / NBFC.

- Must have handled clients with turnover of 900 cr +

- Preferably immediate joinee.
