Campus Manager

The objective of the role:

Campus Manager will be responsible for providing active guidance to African students across educational and welfare needs so that they can focus on their academics and employability programs specially designed for them. The required person is expected to be stationed at one of our partner campuses and travel from time to time to other campuses in Punjab and Delhi if required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Guiding/counselling/ mentoring students to be able to adjust to a culturally diverse environment.
2. Daily engagement with the students to ensure their well-being- living conditions and other facilities (academic and non-academic).
3. Coordinate with Campus stakeholders/owners to facilitate service effectiveness and provide a quality experience to the students.
4. Lead a community of students to ensure their participation with their individual mentors.
5. Represent the Edoofa brand on campuses, and build rapport with college officials.
6. Mentor students and their guardians about the admission and enrolment procedures in accordance with their academic interests and challenges.
7. Actively collaborate with existing other departments (counsellors, admissions heads, mentors) to share student insights and make prompt decisions for their benefit.
8. Work closely with the Admissions team to resolve administrative queries of students and help with Visa process guidance.
9. To carry on regular follow-ups and solve process-related queries/concerns with urgency with thorough documentation and reporting structure
10. To help the students interact with the Universities and optimize admission formalities as per the deadlines.
11. Own the experience of a student at our partner colleges.
