Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Handling end to end recruitment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organisation.
- To source profiles based on the Job Description from various sourcing portals.
- Screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Networking with various institutions and social media.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Responsible for Employee Engagement and Employee Relation.
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a warm welcome for new employees.
- Schedule orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company culture, values, policies, and procedures.
- Provide an overview of the organizations history, mission, vision, and goals.
- Should Have hands-on exp on IT recruitment
- Should have good communication skills
- Should have more than 1 yr of exp.
