Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and pain points of community management companies, owners association companies, and developers in India & international markets including & beyond GCC.
- Analyze competitors' digital marketing strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for ANACITY.
2. Website Optimization:
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Create targeted landing pages highlighting ANACITY's solutions for different audience segments.
3. Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales decks and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.
- Ensure sales materials align with marketing messaging and effectively communicate ANACITY's value proposition to prospects and clients.
4. Paid Advertising:
- Manage targeted PPC advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
5. Email Marketing:
- Build and segment email lists of prospects and leads.
- Execute personalized email campaigns highlighting ANACITY's solutions, success stories, and special offers to nurture leads and drive conversions.
6. Social Media Marketing:
- Establish a strong presence on LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Share industry news, product updates, customer testimonials, and engaging visuals to engage with the target audience.
7. Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify potential partners such as industry associations, real estate agencies, and technology providers.
- Explore co-marketing opportunities, joint webinars, and referral programs to expand ANACITY's reach.
8. Credibility Building:
- Optimize listings and gather client reviews on platforms such as Capterra, G2, Trustpilot.
- Increase ratings for the ANACITY app on Play Store and App Store.
9. Analytics and Optimization:
- Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of marketing channels and campaigns.
- Analyze key metrics regularly to optimize strategies and allocate resources effectively.
10. Content Marketing:
- Develop market trend-relevant good-quality, informative content (blog posts, case studies, newsletters, social media) addressing challenges faced by the target audience and solutions offered by ANACITY.
- Share content through the company blog, social media channels, and industry forums to establish ANACITY as a thought leader in the Proptech space.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative suite, MS PPT & non-coding designing tools, such as Canva.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
