Assistant Manager/Manager-Corporate Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, equity research, and real estate research to support corporate finance initiatives.
  
• Prepare financial models using Excel and Word to analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  
• Develop comprehensive reports on financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or related field (equity research/financial modelling).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Strong skills in financial statement analysis, financial modeling (Excel), and report writing (Word).
  
• Experience working with real estate companies preferred but not mandatory.
