Financial Analyst

Job Description:

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess the financial health of the organizationBudgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor performance against budget and provide explanations for variances.

Data Gathering: Collect and compile financial data from various Departments/sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models for real estate projects, including acquisitions, developments, and portfolio performance.

Analyze cash flow projections, ROI, and IRR metrics for prospective investments.

Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to assess property values, trends, and economic conditions.

Provide insights into competitive positioning and future market opportunities.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for real estate assets.

Monitor and report on the financial performance of projects and properties.

Due Diligence: Support the acquisition process by conducting financial due diligence, risk assessments, and feasibility studies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough evaluation of potential investments.

Reporting and Presentations: Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and investors.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Key Skills:

CA Inter with 5 - 8 years of experience in financial analysis.

Excellent working knowledge exclusively on Excel & Analytics.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial analysis

Ability to work independently and in sync with the Management comitte.

Knowledge of real estate market trends would be preferred.
