Job Description

- Maintaining strong market knowledge, including creation opportunities for business and gathering market intelligence across Gujarat state

- Business Development

- Landlord representation - Identifying suitable properties / supply across the state

- Tenant representation - Assisting clients in finding suitable retail leasing opportunities to run their business from

- Negotiating lease terms

- Ensuring the documentation

- Transaction management

Job Requirement

- Bachelor s degree

- Market and geographic knowledge of the state

- Basic understanding of the state real estate by laws and regulations

- Negotiation skills

- 2+ years of experience on transaction management / client servicing

- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Word.

Dislikes

Compensation/ package here is not that great as expected and as said from other employees. Sales pressure is there but manageable based on your manager. If you're lucky to get a supportive manager you are through.
