Transaction Manager-LWS

• Experience in transaction management (Client meetings, understanding requirement and specifications, LOI/ATL, Lease Deed, deal closure and LD registration).
• Good relationship with relevant developers and clients.
• Optimum knowledge of warehousing clusters and upcoming areas.

Important Competencies:

• Well versed to operate MS office, Salesforce and other data entry tools.
• Positive attitude and zeal to work and learn.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Essential Requirement for fitment

• MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute.
• Rich experience in end to end transaction.
• Candidates with good commercial/office transaction experience also qualify.
• IPC/Developer background preferred.
