Skills - Very good knowledge of MS Office -Advanced Excel /Team leading , SAP , Tally ERP/ Prime/ Workday

Other Soft skills : Good communication skills in English both oral and written. Proactive & able to lead

Main Profile :

- Should have good accounting background Having Experience in Internal audit / Statutory Audits of Companies ( Manufacturing , FMCG , Retail ) & Banks and SAP audit environment

- Should have experience in design of Risk Control Matrix (RCM) / controls and testing of internal controls from the Risk Control matrix

- Design of Policies and Procedures / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and audit of SOP for complianceStudy current process in the company and review the current internal controls and recommend improvements, if any

- Design Legal and Regulatory compliance framework and conduct audit. Performing audits to ensure that all statutory compliances are adhered
