Job Title: Audit Manager - Central Function Audit

Location: Varanasi, India

Salary: Up to - 14 LPA

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.

- Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, focusing on credit and market risk.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee internal audits related to credit and market risk.

- Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans.

- Lead and mentor the audit team, ensuring adherence to audit methodologies and techniques.

- Identify business process risks and assess the adequacy of internal controls.

- Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations and present findings to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in audit software and tools.
