- Assess the training needs of employees and departments through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.

- Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and create tailored learning solutions.

- Design and develop engaging training programs, workshops, and eLearning courses.

- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

- Support career development initiatives and create pathways for employee advancement.

- Work with leadership to identify high-potential employees and build personalized growth plans

- Work closely with HR, management, and other departments to align L&D strategies with overall business goals.
