Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate projects involving hardware and software development, scheduling, and certification processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.

2) Coordinate with hardware and software development teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of components. Oversee certification processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

3) Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

4) Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

5) Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.

Qualifications :

1) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

2) 5 to 8 years of proven experience in hardware and software development projects as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project). Experience with scheduling and resource management.

3) Added Advantage: Prior experience in robotics, including hardware and software domains.
