AltiusHub - Project Manager (3-7 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment, empowering the team to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Facilitate Agile processes, including backlog grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

- Coach and guide the team on Agile principles, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.

- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.

- Foster a culture of transparency, communication, and collaboration within the team.

- Remove impediments and obstacles hindering the team's progress.

- Manage project resources effectively, including team members, budgets, and timelines.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products by promoting Agile best practices.

- Implement and monitor processes to track and improve product quality.

Project Management - 80% :

- Project/Program Delivery : Own the planning, execution, and delivery of projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and timelines.

- Resource Management : Efficiently manage resources to ensure optimal team performance and project outcomes.

- Reporting and Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation (JIRA) and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and adjustments.

- Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

- Risk Management : Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, addressing any issues that may impact project delivery.

Stakeholder Management - 20% :

- Expertly manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment within the team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or master's Degree in computer engineering or computer-science-related field

- A minimum of 2 years of software development experience.

- A minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager with Scrum Master responsibilities.

- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

- Excellent written/ oral communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e. g., Jira, Trello, VersionOne, TFS ).

- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools

- Ability to learn modern technologies as the need arises.
