Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions across the full stack, including both frontend and backend components.

- Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Tackle complex technical challenges and contribute innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and security.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring they follow best practices in coding, testing, and software design.

- Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver software on time and within scope.

Minimum Required Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.

- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, or similar technologies.

- Experience working with both front-end technologies (React, React MUI) and back-end frameworks (Django, DRF), with a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.

- Experienced in working with relational (e.g, PostgreSQL, Timescale DB) and Non-relational databases (e.g, Cassandra), specializing in database design, data modeling, optimization, and query tuning.

- Skilled in designing scalable systems and implementing replication, sharding, and partitioning for high availability, fault tolerance, and efficient load balancing.

- Deep understanding of building scalable, reliable, and secure systems, with experience in microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP) & sound knowledge on Kubernetes is a plus.

- Expertise in Git for version control and collaboration, Good Knowledge on continuous integration and continuous deployments (CI/CD) (e.g GitHub actions).

- Knowledge of application security principles, including encryption, data protection, and secure coding practices.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
