Senior/Lead Python Developer - Django/Flask (7-10 yrs)

Position : Lead/ Sr. Python Developer.

Experience : 7+ years.

Location : Chennai.

Notice Period : Immediate joiner.

Must Have : Django & Flask.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Python and its frameworks (Django, Flask).

- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, designers, QA) to deliver high-quality products.

- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in Python and web development.

- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of professional experience in back-end web development using Python.

- Strong proficiency in Python and its core libraries.

- Hands-on experience with at least one Python framework (Django or Flask) is mandatory.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

- Experience 1 in Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
